Rental Deposit is $100 Cash & Rental Fee is $60 Cash. For this fee the hall is rented for a day from 8 AM -11 PM.

The $100 Cash Deposit is returned, when upon inspection: the town hall is undamaged, cleaned up, floor swept and mopped, all trash is emptied, frig, stove and microware are clean inside and out, frig is completely empty- no ice left behind, all tables and chairs are returned to their holders, outside sidewalk area is trash free, no tape, 3M hooks, string, twine or fishing line left on the wall and the key is returned to the Supervisor’s office.

The Hall holds a maximum of 150 people there are 15 large tables,
