Riverbend Family Ministries Utility Assistance Update April 2024

In light of the recent news regarding the depletion of current Low-Income Energy
Assistance Program (LIHEAP) funding, Riverbend Family Ministries remains dedicated
to working closely with our network of partners and local government agencies to
assist as many people as possible here in Madison County.
RFM offers utility assistance for residents of Madison County. As we are experiencing
an increased call volume, please carefully review our eligibility criteria at

http://myrfm.org/programs/client-service-department.

We aim to ensure that our available resources can effectively support our community
members during these challenging times. Please note that our services are limited to
those who reside within Madison County. You have to have lived at that residence for
at least 6 months, and the balance of what you owe cannot exceed $1,000.

Our Client Service Department is open Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact
us. We are here to help. (618) 251-9790
